Welcome to Mine Assist

Mine Assist is a wholly owned Australian Company specialising in heavy industrial cleaning, abrasive blasting and painting, all aspects of poly pipe installation, vehicle maintenance services, steel fabrication and repair, compliance inspections, building services, machinery hire and labour hire.

Mine Assist was incorporated in 1996 in the Hunter Valley to provide services and personnel to support the expanding mining industry. In October 2006, Mine Assist was acquired by EGL (The Environmental Group Ltd), a leading publicly listed company on the ASX since 1977. EGL was incorporated in 1923. www.environmental.com.au  

Today, Mine Assist operates in both the Hunter Valley and Central Queensland regions with offices in Singleton, Mt Thorley, Moranbah and Emerald. We not only service the mining industry directly but also the network of support companies that require our services.

We employ over a 100 people who are all skilled and trained to work with and conform to the exacting requirements of our customers. We operate with the utmost respect for our people, our customers and our community. Their inherent safety is our primary goal.
